All the kilns have now been excavated and now we are beginning to do the scientific analysis which will, hopefully, reveal the dates when they were being used.

Professor Mark Noel of Durham University/Geotech begins the archaeomagnetic dating process. These tests should reveal when the kiln was last fired.
